The fastest way to order flowers in Nairobi
WhatsApp. Every time. Tap the green button anywhere on this site and the chat opens with a real person on the other end, usually within a few minutes during working hours. You can send a photo of what you like, tell us the budget, and we will build something around it. No forms, no ticket numbers, no hold music.
If you would rather talk, call +254 797 468003. If it is a corporate account or you need an invoice, email hello@upendoblooms.co.ke and we will reply the same working day.
When we are open
Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. Order by 2pm and your flowers go out the same afternoon. After 2pm they land the next morning. Sundays and public holidays we deliver on request for a small extra fee, so ask rather than assume it is a no.
What to tell us when you order
Four things move an order along quickly. Who it is going to, where in Nairobi, when you want it there, and roughly what you want to spend. A phone number for the recipient helps most of all, because we always call before we arrive.
For a hospital, send the ward and the bed number. For an office, give us the floor and a name at reception. For a home, a landmark beats a pin every time in this city.
Where you can find us
We work out of City Market in central Nairobi, which is where the stems come in fresh each morning. That is why an order placed before lunch can be in someone hands by the afternoon. We deliver across Westlands, Kilimani, Karen, Lavington, Kileleshwa, Parklands, Upper Hill, South B and C, Runda, Langata and the CBD, and we go further out for a quoted fee.
Something went wrong with an order
Tell us straight away on WhatsApp and send a photo. If the flowers arrived in poor condition or went to the wrong place, we fix it. That usually means a replacement on the next run. We would rather sort it than argue about it.
Questions people ask us
Do you deliver the same day in Nairobi?
Yes. Order by 2pm from Monday to Saturday and your flowers go out the same afternoon. Order after 2pm and they land the next day. Sunday runs happen on request for a small extra fee.
What does delivery cost?
It starts at KSh 300 for the CBD, Upper Hill, Kilimani, Westlands, Parklands and Lavington. Karen, Langata, Kileleshwa, South B and C are KSh 500. Spend over KSh 5,000 in the city centre zone and we cover it for you.
Can I order on WhatsApp?
Yes, and most people do. Tap the green button on any bouquet. The message opens with that exact bouquet already written in, so all you do is press send. We reply with the total and the delivery slot.
How do I pay?
M-Pesa is the easy one. Once we confirm your order on WhatsApp we send the payment details right there in the chat. Card and bank transfer also work for corporate accounts.
Do you deliver to hospitals and offices?
We do both, all the time. For a hospital, send us the ward and the bed number. For an office, give us the floor and a name at reception. We call the recipient before we arrive so nothing gets left with a stranger.
Where are you based?
City Market in central Nairobi. That is where the stems come in fresh each morning, which is why we can turn an order around in an afternoon.
